We do our best to design and assemble our products to the highest possible standard, so if you find something that doesn't work as expected we really want to know about it. We'll do our absolute best to make it right.

There are several different ways to obtain support for Freetronics devices.

Freetronics Forum

Most of our major devices have dedicated sections in our discussion forum. You may find your questions have already been answered there, so it's the first place to look if you're unsure about anything.

Official Arduino Forum

If you have a general question related to Arduino it's quite likely that you'll receive very knowledgeable (and rapid) responses if you post it in the appropriate section of the Arduino forum. This isn't just us trying to fob you off so we don't have to help you! The Arduino forum has thousands of expert users who are ready to help with issues relating to hardware, software, the IDE, USB drivers, project ideas, or pretty much any random thing you might ask. If you post a question there you'll probably get an answer more quickly than through any other means.
